Freight: All shipments are F.O.B. Santa Fe Springs, CA. Freight is prepaid on orders totaling over $750.00 shipped to one location in the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be subject to additional freight charges.
Terms: 1%/10 Days, Net 30 days from the date of the invoice with credit approval. 1.5% service charge per month on past due accounts. New accounts are C.O.D. until credit is approved.
Warranty: All Tools are warranted for Lifetime against any defect in material and workmanship. Cutting tools and abrasives are not warranted against normal wear. All defective merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. We will repair or replace parts if accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns: Return merchandise will not be accepted without return authorization number. A minimum 15% handling charge will be charged for returned items.
Shortage or Damage: All products are sold F.O.B. shipping point. In case of any shortage or damage, notify at once the delivery freight carrier and file claim promptly with carrier. Although our responsibility for product ends upon receipt by freight carrier, when requested we will assist in the filing of claims for unusual losses if we receive information within 10 days from invoice date.

WARNING: Any cutting tool can shatter and break during use. Always wear safety eye glasses at all times in the vicinity of their use. Caution should always be taken when handling cutting tools to avoid injury.
