SYGMA’S TERMS & CONDITIONS

Freight Prepaid: All shipments are F.O.B. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. Orders over $1200 will be freight prepaid if it is being shipped to one location within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be subject to additional charges

Terms: All accounts will have a Net 30 days terms upon credit approval. New accounts will be C.O.D. until credit application is reviewed an processed

Returns: Return merchandise requires a RGA to be accepted and processed

Shortage or damage: In case of any shortage or damage, notify at once the delivery freight carrier and file claim promptly with carrier. Although our responsibility for product ends upon receipt by freight carrier, when requested we will assist in the filing of claims for unusual losses if we receive information within 10 days from invoice date.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions
