SAW BLADE PRODUCT GUIDE:

Sygma saw blades come in various TPI and configurations. Greater the TPI, smaller is the distance between the cutting teeth. As the TPI gets larger, the saw blade has to cut through finer material.

6TPI- Best for cutting nail and nail-embedded wood due to the large gap between each tooth

10TPI- Best for cutting fiberboard and plywood

14TPI- Best for cutting sheet metal, aluminum, and metal 1/8″ to 1/4″ thick

18TPI- Best for cutting metal over 18 gauge thick

24TPI- Best for cutting thin metal

CARBIDE GRIT Recip Saw Blades are best suited for cutting composites, fiberglass, ceramic tile

SCROLL Recip Saw Blades have an extended taper section which allows users to cut in small spaces. This smaller blade is narrower than the standard recip saw blades.

PLASTER Recip Saw Blades have V-shaped cutting teeth to create clean, burr-free cuts in plaster, foam, and rubber. These blades cut faster than utility knives

SCREWDRIVING INSERT BIT PRODUCT GUIDE:

PHILLIPS ACR-These bits feature anti cam-out ribs to add extra grip to the insert bit. The indented ribs grips the fastener to increase torque and prevent slippage.

POSIDRIV PHILLIPS BIT- These bits feature extra groove splines to create a tighter grip with fasteners. The additional grooves create extra gripping points with the screw

IMPACT TORSION BITS last longer than traditional insert bits because of the smaller section between the tip and the shank. These bits transfer most of the torque to the shank to reduce wear and tear on the tip
