To become a customer or Sygma Industries distributor, please fill out the “credit app for customers” form. This form asks for the company banking information and 3 trade references which are needed for Sygma to grant potential customers terms for payment. If Sygma doesn’t receive information for all 3 references, the distributor would have to be on C.O.D. terms. Once completed, please email the completed copy to sygmaind@gmail.com
